To warm you up for Valentine's, the lovely people over at the Academy of American Poets have posted a page for wooing sweethearts. No biggie, right? Those poets. When they're not tearing love down, they're building it up. But here's the twist of genius: they've "paired" each choice with a drink, sweet, and flower that resonates with the sensibility of the poem.Here's my favorite:

If you need something hotter, D.H. Lawrence's Figs should suffice. You won't need any wine or sweets. Maybe just a very tall glass of ice water.
